Our mission is to create lasting, values-driven impact by investing in real estate that uplifts communities, and by delivering bespoke consulting, education, and thought leadership that inspires transformation.
We envision a world where principled investing creates generational wealth, strengthens communities, and honors both people and the planet. Through responsible capital deployment and bold education, we aim to shift paradigms—empowering others to live with freedom, dignity, and purpose.
We equip individuals, families, and organizations to align capital, purpose, and freedom—combining 25 years of experience in asset management and coaching with a deep commitment to ethical stewardship, self-determination, and legacy-building.
Jessica has over 25 years of experience spanning public accounting, law, and executive development. She served as a Managing Director at BDO USA, where she led the Florida asset management practice, and spent nearly two decades as a Principal at a Big Four firm advising elite private equity and real estate clients. Her professional background is marked by technical excellence and a deep commitment to impact.
In addition to her work in finance, Jessica is a passionate educator and advocate. She created several coaching programs for high-net-worth women navigating personal and financial growth. Her free course, The Basics of Financial Freedom, supports women rebuilding their lives after domestic violence or involvement in the justice system—helping them find freedom, empowerment, and self-worth.
She previously hosted Boldly Spoken, a podcast spotlighting stories of brave, bold, bad*ss women. After over 50 episodes, Jessica paused the show to support close family during cancer treatment. Following a soul-recharging sabbatical in Sicily, she now lives in Ballast Point, Florida, with her three rescue pets—Finn, Nyx, and Seamus—and is active in South Tampa Fellowship Church.
Raised in the Bronx by her great-grandparents, Jessica was the first in her family to graduate high school. She co-founded a STEM charter school there and continues to fund an annual scholarship at her elementary school. Her work ethic is inspired by her great-grandfather, Alfonse, whose photo still graces her desk as a daily reminder: there’s little that hard work, patience, and faith can’t overcome.
Jessica serves on several nonprofit boards focused on supporting survivors of domestic violence, human trafficking, and veterans facing post-service trauma. A frequent podcast guest and speaker, she shares insights on women’s rights, resilience, entrepreneurship, and of course—all things tax & finance. An avid traveler, she’s visited five continents and 40 U.S. states, with plans to reach all 50 and Australia within the next five years.
She holds a business degree from Boston University and earned her J.D. with honors from NYU School of Law.
